I didn't know whether to put this in scouting or fight plans, i chose scouting because it was my scouting that led to this win. Mods, please feel free to move it if you feel it necessary.
There is this gym, Midtown Merkz, that until today I was 0-2-1 against. The guy isn't that good (although my shit record may also suggest I am not good, I believe myself to be slowly grinding off the ring-rust)
Of all the losses I have suffered this week, losing to him three times hurt the most so I decided enough was enough.
Feel free to scout the first(bottom) three fights: webl.vivi.com/cgi-bin/query.fcgi?+manager_to_view=240701&opp_manager_id=167650&+command=eko_manager_h2h_bouts&+competition=eko&+region=Webl-Revival&+division=Heavy
I also scouted a few of his other fights where he has the height advantage and found that he uses a pre-made FP, with 1) 8/2/10 (counter) his usual first line. I determined that may have KP (based on my (allout) that resulted in me being KDed) and that if he takes enough endurance damage he will switch to (outside) and up his DEF. So I decided to alternate between scoring and body rounds, win a round when he is defensive, then tear him up when he gets more aggressive to stay ahead on score.
I have a poorly built fighter, several of them are. It happens when youre excited about the return of WeBL and stay up till 4am making fighters and HTML for them.
STR 18 KP 0
SPD 8 AGI 10
CHN 9 CON 14
Cut 1 V. Heavy
5'10"
Trained: SPD
Yet because I was able to read his FP I was successful.
My FP:
1) 9/6/5 (clinch)
2) 5B/11/4 (clinch)
if score < 0 then 9/6/5 (clinch)
7) 5B/11/4 (clinch)
if opp = tired and endurance_percent > 90 then 4B/10/6 (inside)
if score < 0 then 9/8/3 (clinch)
if score < 0 and endurance_percent > 90 then 8/6/6 (inside)
if score < -1 and endurance_percent > 90 then 4B/12/4 (inside)
9) 5B/11/4 (inside)
if opp = 0 and endurance_percent > 75 then 5B/12/3 (inside)
if score < 0 then 8/6/6 (inside)
if score < 0 and endurance_percent > 75 then 9/8/3 (inside)
if score < -1 then 5B/12/3 (inside)
12) if score > 1 then 5H/9/6 (clinch)
if score < 0 then 5H/11!/4 (inside)
1) if score > 13-round then 4H/8/8 (clinch)
I'm sure there are still errors that our teachers can point out, but the idea I feel was solid and I hope he ate and IP sandwich at the end:
