Just won a fight rediculously:

I'm really confused as to what his build could be though. I didnt even scout him past looking at his height and w/ko numbers. I assumed he was a KP dancer like me, should have scouted his previous fights.
Anyway, first round he lands zero punches and I take 3.8 endurance damage. I sim and sim but the only way I can make that line up is some retarded build with 18+ strength and 1-2 speed. Anyone else have a better answer?
