After going through my retireds and realizing how sloppy I was with avoiding ips last time i was playing this game made me wonder. Which fighter types avoid ips the best. I'm going to assume agility based fighters would. I have some kp Sissys with very low ips also

And maybe flashers too? If you make all the right moves or don't get barfed haha

Ropists and agile sluggers have always been good to me.
Sissies eat IPs every fight in higher statuses. There is only so much body all outing and 9/9/2 (inside) one can take before they are ktfo'd -- and that = IPs.

I've gotten many fighter types to 28 status and I have the most luck ip-wise with stonger kp fighters (kp balanced, kp sluggers and flashers). Unwinnable fights can always be thrown with an early flash attempt for minimal ip's.
As far as non-kp fighters, I agree with Jim. Agile Sluggers may be the best in managing ip's.

I've never really tried agile sluggers but have made some now. Well see how they do for me with the ips.

IP's also come down to your chin and conditioning levels. Chin is used to work out what IP's you take at the end of the fight and the more conditioining you have the more ips you will take

For big guys IPs are not a problem

Very Heavy build and agility as biggest stat - conditioning and chin as low as you can get away with.
That's the recipe for lowest IPs.
