We may create fighters in the same division and you'll fight vs me
After this we can discuss those fights. What's your style, what's my, how I do it and how you etc. It may allow you to understand some aspects on concrete examples.

Here I am! (Could be an idea to have exactly the same fighter, obviously created by you, and see how he works with the two fight plans?)

Wonderful! I'll try to fight (and lose) with a lot of dignity.
An other idea for the next time could be to add two others fighters, same build too, but with another fighting style (maybe a kp slugger? Just to see how exploit kp and defend against kp) and cross the fights so it could be interesting to analyse then the approach to the fight against another fighting style and work on the way of reasoning when a fp is built.

kp slugger is one of the toughest types to run. KP-dancer, KP-balanced are the most popular.
You want your KP vs my CPer and my KP vs your CPer?

Yes, something like that, after this first bout, it could be a good second lesson, obviously if you have time for (and we can absolutely change fighter type, mine was just an exemple).

Yep, it's not a problem. These KP fighters are a bit special thing.
Maybe it'd be more productive if you'll try to beat my fighter with yours. I can create one in straw and you too. Then I'll just show you all the mistakes you make on their bout.

So here's the fight My FP was: 1) 4B/8/8; if score < -2 then 6/6/8; if round > 8 and score < 2 then 8/4/8; I usually use it for my bots vs. rookies in tournies. You may think that it's too elementary, but it's not that primitive First of all- the idea of this FP is correct. In the debut it's more important to win endurance than winning rounds, so I start with 4B/8/8. I use no style cos I have no advantage in any stat- our fighters are absolutely equal. You used counter, but have you got any advantage in speed + height over my fighter? No. So using of this style gave you nearly nothing. If my fighter was shorter or had a lower speed than it'd be correct. But all in all I like your first rounds tactics. No jabs, you were going to the body. It's good. Very good rest line in round 5. But after that you became over aggressive. It looked like you wanted to win it asap. What for? You just ran into my body line with your super aggressive lines Danny Gibbs landed 16 of 37 punches -- 11 power punches, 0 jabs, 5 rights. (59 points) Sammy Gibbs landed 57 of 84 punches -- 9 power punches, 39 jabs, 9 rights. (141 points) and began to lose endurance drasticly After that you just tryed to win this last round you needed to win the whole fight but failed cos your fighter was too tired (all your abilities decrease when tiredness increases, so you land less punches, they become weaker etc). Again- you should not have used styles- espesially counter espesially for winning rounds (it gives you a penalty to the aggression) From the rules: Counter-Punching A faster or taller fighter waits for his opponent to attack and then counter-punches. 1. The counter-puncher gains +1 STR. (it worked you got this bonus, your strength increased to 10+1 = 11) 2. If the fighter's SPD+HGT is greater than his opponent, then 33% of this advantage is added to his AGL, and 33% is subtracted from his opponent's AGL (but his opponent's AGL is never reduced below 50%) (this gave you nothing) 3. The counter-puncher loses 15% of his AGG. (and you got this too) You'd better use feint: The fighter gains +1 SPD. Any SPD advantage he has is increased by 50%. You'd just get + 1 to your speed and no penalties. And another thing- you badly needed another rest line in these final rounds when your fighter was really tired. All in all- good fight, you was very close to win it.

Thank you very much, I'm in business trip and I can't look at webl closely, no much time to be online so I'm writing by my phone; anyway I think I've understood what you pointed out but I'm sure I'll have some question, I'll ask as soon as back home on Sunday. If you have time, and you're always ok, feel free to create the other fighter we talked about so we can fight again next week. Thanks again!
